I began my career as an insurance broker in Canada driven by my passion for service and customer care. I discovered in this profession an invaluable opportunity to guide and support our Spanish-speaking community by providing clear, accurate information about a system that, in many ways, works very differently from that of our home countries.

Being able to assist clients in their native language, explain every detail, and resolve questions has become one of the most rewarding parts of my job. In such a competitive market, which can sometimes feel confusing for those who are not fluent in English, my goal is to walk each client through the process so they feel informed, secure, and supported in every decision they make.

My greatest satisfaction is seeing, day by day, how my dedication and experience can make a real difference in people’s lives, helping them protect what they value most.
